Support and optimize SAP S/4 Procure-to-Pay and Accounts Payable processes, including OpenText VIM/OCR. Provide lifecycle implementation and production support, troubleshoot integrations and authorization issues, develop/tests changes, assist month-end accruals and audits, and drive process improvements and documentation. Act as liaison between business and technical teams and provide on-call/after-hours support as needed.

Manage user access and identity across internal systems (Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, Atlassian); provision and deprovision users; configure SaaS platforms and workflows; troubleshoot access and configuration issues; maintain documentation and run access reviews; support cross-functional teams and vendor escalations while applying least-privilege and basic HIPAA safeguards.

Lead and own the support process roadmap across incident, major incident, knowledge, problem, and change. Support and manage EHR Point-to-Point integrations and interoperability lifecycle activities. Monitor and triage issues, coordinate troubleshooting with engineering and vendors, run testing and validation, document interfaces and workflows, and support onboarding and go-live for partners. Use support tools to track requests and drive continuous improvement across integration, testing, and implementation processes.

Manage personal lines insurance accounts including policy ordering, renewals, marketing submissions, binding coverage, certificates, and client retention. Serve clients, producers, and team members while using Applied Systems Epic.

Provide administrative support to Advisory Partners and teams including preparing reports, typing correspondence, maintaining electronic filing systems and spreadsheets, client communication, scheduling, proofreading, and multi-tasking during busy seasons.

Conduct case file reviews and monitor data integrity and compliance with WIOA/TANF/SNAP and contract requirements. Identify deficiencies, recommend corrective actions, support audits, process payments and billing, maintain reporting tools, and train/coordinate local QA staff to ensure program accuracy and prevent disallowed costs.
