Provide dedicated remote IT support managing high ticket volumes and SLAs; troubleshoot Mac and Windows systems; provision devices and accounts; support onboarding/offboarding; assist with MDM, network, and hardware rollouts; maintain documentation and compliance (SOC2/HIPAA); configure automations; and mentor junior staff.

Build and lead Roo's first Revenue Operations function: own HubSpot and GTM systems, design operating model, drive forecasting, pipeline hygiene, capacity planning, and lead management. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Finance, and Data to improve conversion and predictability. Hire and mentor a small RevOps team, apply AI/LLM tooling to reduce toil, and move the function from reactive to strategic.

Administer and optimize Salesforce, Gainsight, and Pendo for Brands and Retailers services. Maintain integrations and data consistency, configure AI capabilities, troubleshoot platform and data issues, build scalable automations, and support Services teams to improve adoption and operational efficiency.
