Serve as a client-facing Adobe Workfront authority to design, implement, integrate, and optimize Workfront and Workfront Fusion solutions. Designs, implements, and maintains access management and security controls to protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Supports incident response, vulnerability remediation, forensics, SIEM logging, patching, and secure architecture. Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts; create detailed test cases; perform manual and regression testing; report defects; maintain test documentation; conduct performance and UAT testing; collaborate with developers; and improve automation processes.

Own and elevate the platform visual language and design system, lead end-to-end design for complex, multi‑persona features, embed accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA / Section 508), run user research, design AI‑mediated experiences, and mentor teammates to maintain design quality and coherence across job seeker, staff, employer, and agency admin surfaces.

Own the Customer Workflows domain end-to-end: employer/recruiter portals, business service and agentic workflows, and agentic AI use cases. Drive AI-native prototyping, discovery, roadmap, technical scoping, evaluation frameworks, and cross-functional delivery with Engineering, Data, Sales, and CS to produce scalable, data-informed product outcomes.

Build and manage a mid-market sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and consultative selling. Own deals from discovery to close, communicate ROI to decision-makers, track activity in CRM, collaborate cross-functionally, and consistently meet pipeline and revenue targets while developing industry expertise.
