Manage high-exposure and major customer accounts for a truckload carrier. Responsibilities include answering and transferring calls, greeting visitors, resident check-ins, distributing mail and packages, reserving dining space, collecting maintenance requests, assisting with accounting, handling applications, and following emergency procedures. Requires professional communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, independent work, and occasional travel.

Designs complex managed cloud, network, DIA, Wi-Fi, voice, VoIP, SD-WAN, and multi-site solutions for prospective and existing customers.
