Lead a system test team for automotive electronic systems, develop SW development processes, create and execute system integration and qualification tests (Sys.4/Sys.5), generate test cases from designs/SRS, and apply AUTOSAR, ASPICE, functional safety, CAN/UDS, bootloader, and cybersecurity knowledge using tools like CANoe, vTestStudio and debuggers.

Define and report program cyber security status, analyze and negotiate security requirements, derive technical security concepts, implement ISO 21434 in automotive serial development (particularly ADAS), work with ASPICE-aligned engineering processes, and support verification, validation, and quality/change/configuration management.

Design and guide software testing processes, automation frameworks, and test environment architecture. Lead SW integration (SWE.5) and qualification testing (SWE.6). Apply deep knowledge of embedded systems, AUTOSAR (BSW, RTE, Application), ASPICE, Functional Safety, and MISRA. Develop and use test scripts/tools with Embedded C/C++, CAPL, Python, VB, and ARXML. Maintain safety and H&S compliance.

Support system test planning and execution by maintaining test documentation, tracking metrics, and producing reports. Assist coordination between development and QA, analyze test data for trends, and recommend process improvements while learning test management tools and automation techniques.

Lead global purchasing data governance, standardize and optimize SAP MM processes, build reporting and Power BI dashboards, drive automation and AI-enabled solutions, harmonize ERP master data, and partner with IT and stakeholders to improve purchasing analytics, data quality, and global process efficiency.

Lead a team to design, deploy, and maintain Industrial IoT and cloud-connected smart factory solutions. Build AWS-based, AI-enabled workflows, manage IaC (Terraform), CI/CD, monitoring, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing performance.

Design and integrate synchronizer and shifting systems for automotive powertrains: create and modify 2D/3D CAD drawings, perform strength/fatigue/tolerance calculations and simulations, manage changes, support suppliers and plant for manufacturing quality and robustness.
