Engineer Shift System
Job Introduction:
Deep and comprehensive understanding of the function of synchronizer and shifting system in terms of specification, manufacturing and assembly details. Example of a work items: deviation, quality, robustness.
Major Responsibilities:
Design (3D, 2D, materials, ...)
Integration - (project meetings, change management, FMEA, requirements management, interface definition
Drawings - create and update drawings for change management and new design
Calculation & Simulation - calculations performed by component engineers
Plant &Supplier - collaboration in terms of manufacturing process and deviations, quality and robustness
Skills and competencies:
Modify drawings according to instructions
Derive drawings from existing designs in CAD.
Create and implement design concepts in CAD
Perform calculations related to strength, fatigue, robustness and tolerance analysis
Educational Qualifications:
University degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, physics, or similar domain with a specialization in mechanical or electrical systems.
Work experience:
3-8 years of professional experience working in the relevant field.
Tools knowledge:
Catia
MS-Office, Excel, PPT
