Lead Americas go-to-market strategy and sales organization to drive profitable growth, expand market share, and improve channel and customer performance. Build high-performing sales leadership, manage distributors and partners, align cross-functional priorities, enforce pipeline and forecasting discipline, and drive commercial transformation and execution.

Design, implement, and maintain secure network and zero-trust architectures; manage firewalls, VPNs, NAC, IDS/IPS and SD-WAN; monitor traffic, investigate incidents, perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing; develop security policies, ensure compliance (NIST, ISO27001, CIS, GDPR), and lead incident response and recovery.

Provide cybersecurity program support for NOAA satellite systems: document security control implementations, maintain System Security Plans and Contingency Plans, manage POA&Ms, coordinate security assessments and penetration tests, monitor vulnerability scanning and patch management, support audits and continuous monitoring, and coordinate with system administrators and stakeholders.

Convert inquiries into tours and tours into move-ins by responding quickly, conducting tours, building relationships with prospects, families, and referral sources, maintaining a welcoming community, tracking interactions in the CRM, supporting marketing and social media, collaborating with staff, and pursuing professional development.

Design, deploy, tune, and support security solutions. Create WAF rules, develop SIEM content and automations, respond to incidents, and provide cybersecurity engineering expertise to client teams.

Lead application, cloud, and data security efforts: perform static/dynamic testing, threat modeling, incident response, cloud forensics, and vendor risk assessments. Design and harden cloud and IaC security, manage DLP/encryption solutions, optimize vulnerability management, and maintain security policies, controls, and reporting across Azure, AWS, and Fabric environments.

Design and build high-fidelity detections, lead incident investigations and response automation, develop security tooling and telemetry, and partner with engineering teams to improve platform observability and resilience, leveraging AI/LLMs where useful.

Provide technical, demo and training support for SSI/NCS stores across a territory: schedule/manage training, conduct in-store and onsite shop training and demos, troubleshoot products and equipment, track personnel training, submit activity reports, and support special projects. Travel within the region is required.

Lead and build Akuity's product marketing function: define messaging and positioning, run product launches and competitive intelligence, create enablement content and proof systems, partner with leadership and sales, hire and develop a product marketing team, and measure impact on pipeline and win rates.

Manage and perform red and purple team engagements, external/internal penetration tests, wireless/web/mobile/embedded assessments, ransomware readiness and social engineering. Develop tools, incorporate threat intelligence, present findings to technical and executive audiences, and mentor and expand offensive security capabilities. Occasional travel (~10%).
