Develop and enhance Argonne’s Python-based GREET life cycle assessment software, including architecture, data schemas, calculation engines, APIs, databases, web interfaces, and AI capabilities using LLMs. Conduct energy and environmental LCA studies, build validated data pipelines, collaborate with external researchers and sponsors, publish findings, present results, and lead projects while directing junior staff.

Develop and execute strategic internal communications and employee engagement campaigns through visual storytelling. Create executive communications, intranet content, newsletters, videos, motion graphics, photography, presentations, infographics, digital signage, and event materials. Partner with executives, HR, and business leaders to communicate priorities, culture, values, and change initiatives. Manage video production from concept through post-production, maintain brand consistency, and measure communication effectiveness using analytics and employee feedback.
