Leads company strategy and operations directly with the CEO at an early-stage payments fintech. Owns planning, goals, operating cadence, executive and board materials, cross-functional execution, operational team management, service levels, staffing, escalations, and decision analysis including pricing, corridor economics, partnerships, and market entry. Leads and scales the Forward Deployed Engineering organization from a small team to 10+ engineers. Owns technical delivery for strategic healthcare customers, including AI agent deployments, custom EHR integrations, and workflow implementations. Establishes repeatable deployment practices, tooling, and processes; partners with product and engineering teams to convert field insights into platform improvements; and remains hands-on with technical discovery, production debugging, and solution design.

Analyzes manufacturing costs, standard costs, inventory valuations, and production variances. Supports month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, audits, physical inventory controls, and IFRS compliance. Partners with manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, and finance teams to improve costing accuracy, margin visibility, reporting, and operational controls. Builds Excel-based cost models and reconciliations while investigating inventory discrepancies and supporting corrective actions.

Lead product and brand design on a freelance basis: produce developer-ready UX/UI in Figma, build and maintain design systems, craft intuitive user flows, conduct design research, collaborate with PMs and developers, and ensure on-brand visual assets across product and marketing.

Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Windows servers, endpoints, and virtualization environments. Provide advanced helpdesk and infrastructure support, install and manage physical and virtual servers, troubleshoot complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and automate administrative tasks with PowerShell. Collaborate with IT Engineering, vendors, and stakeholders on infrastructure projects, change management, documentation, security, HIPAA compliance, and system lifecycle management.
