Provide Tier II technical support for Cubex software and hardware: troubleshoot issues (including SQL script use), manage tickets in PureCloud and Salesforce, escalate as needed, document cases, coordinate technician dispatch and installations, image/setup drives, ship parts, perform upgrades, and train clients while adhering to SOPs and SLAs.

Manage high-volume, complex invoicing and AR for projects, ensure accurate project setup in Deltek Vantagepoint, verify subcontractor/vendor invoices, support contract review, train and mentor project staff, produce forecasting and ad hoc financial reports, and resolve collections and billing issues with project managers and finance leaders.

Provide executive support and sales operations coordination: manage executive calendars, travel, reports, dashboards, proposal and contract processes, CRM data integrity, cross-functional communications, meeting and project coordination, and process improvements to support business development and executive leadership.
