Lead and execute HR operations strategy and day-to-day functions including onboarding, HRIS administration, benefits, compliance, vendor management, reporting, automation, and process improvement. Tasks include AI-assisted analysis, fuzzing, manual review, reviewing hardforks and spec changes, improving security tooling and automation, coordinating disclosures, and supporting audits and audit competitions while collaborating with devops, specifications authors, and client implementers.

Lead and develop the AP and AR teams across multiple locations, manage end-to-end payable and receivable processes, maintain internal controls and reconciliations, support audits and compliance, partner with operations to manage outstanding balances, and drive process improvements and ad-hoc financial reporting.

Provide front-office support for the Rochester academy: answer phones, greet visitors, manage attendance and transportation requests, assign substitutes, handle mail and packages, maintain files and supplies, perform announcements and student dismissal, and carry out routine office duties.

Lead and deliver Google Cloud security architecture, posture assessments, and operationalization. Advise on GCP security strategy, implement Security Command Center and cloud-native security tooling, integrate findings into SIEM/SecOps, guide AI workload security, produce executive reports and remediation roadmaps, and mentor consultants while driving repeatable methodologies and delivery quality.
