Lead planning and delivery for a federal health data platform modernization effort. Coordinate across customers, partners, and technical teams; translate priorities into roadmaps, backlogs, milestones, and user stories; facilitate Agile ceremonies; manage scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and reporting; support account management and business development activities.

Produce security metrics and maintain secure configuration baselines in hybrid environments.

Provide administrative, case-management, and legal support for unaccompanied alien children in ORR care: coordinate legal orientations and consultations, prepare and maintain case files, assist with immigration applications and court filings, track deadlines, collect data, and ensure timely reporting and confidentiality.

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement program: create and govern sales content, deliver training, leverage AI for content acceleration, manage enablement platforms and CRM integrations, measure impact through KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve win rates and deal velocity.
