The Accountant III monitors and reconciles complex general ledger accounts, processes accounting activities, resolves variances, and trains less experienced accountants while ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.

Serve as strategic Technical Account Manager for 25–30 MSP clients: define 1–2 year IT strategy and budgets, present to C-levels, build project plans/scopes, analyze network/security assessments, manage project delivery, resolve escalations, and drive client satisfaction while supporting sales and operational improvements.

Build and maintain tools and services that ingest, classify, store, and review intelligence for Elliptic's graph database. Collaborate with analysts and researchers to automate workflows, deploy AI where appropriate, implement observability, and scale collection and analysis pipelines.

Manage full-cycle recruitment: source, screen, interview, and hire candidates; build pipelines with schools and partners; coordinate interviews, extend offers, maintain ATS data, represent the company at recruiting events, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Lead R&D for professional loudspeaker systems: design enclosures, waveguides, and acoustic elements; develop simulation and measurement workflows; prototype, test, optimize and productize designs; collaborate across teams, create proposals and architecture documents, and drive IP generation and practical innovation.

Provide administrative and operational support for inbound/outbound freight: manage driver check-ins, verify and file shipping documents, coordinate customer communications, resolve OS&D issues, maintain records, and support operations leadership to keep terminal workflows accurate and on schedule.

Manage end-to-end payroll and benefits operations, ensuring accurate, compliant multi-state payroll processing and benefits administration. Lead a team, manage vendors, drive process improvements, oversee compliance (ERISA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA), handle audits, and partner with HR, Finance, and brokers to optimize systems, reporting, and employee experience.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and C-suite, manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel (domestic and international), coordinate communications and meeting materials, take minutes, handle sensitive matters confidentially, supervise one administrative team member, and provide off-hour responsiveness.
