Lead Canary’s connectivity and integrations product area, owning strategy and roadmap for third-party integrations across reservation platforms, payment gateways, and hospitality systems. Define reusable APIs and platform frameworks, prioritize initiatives by customer and revenue impact, manage integration partners through scoping and certification, and monitor integration health. Partner with engineering, product, sales, customer success, implementations, and enterprise customers to align technical capabilities, commitments, and business outcomes.

Own and manage client relationships, make architectural decisions, run discovery and stakeholder interviews, deliver software or automations, and contribute intellectual property back to the practice.

Manages roadside assistance contractor relationships across central Connecticut, ensuring service quality, compliance, territory coverage, and AAA brand standards. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding providers, conducting facility inspections and training, resolving member complaints and billing disputes, investigating damage claims, evaluating equipment, analyzing performance gaps, supporting program improvements, and engaging with towing industry associations. The role is work from home but requires frequent travel throughout the assigned territory.

Own the full lifecycle of small business clients, including prospecting, conversion, onboarding, implementation, activation, retention, and early growth.
