Manage day-to-day underwriting team operations to meet productivity, accuracy, and guideline adherence; evaluate applicants and make investment recommendations; handle escalations and edge cases; monitor QC and emerging risk trends; coach and develop underwriters; partner with Sales, Processing, and Closing; recruit and plan succession; and adapt underwriting processes to changing conditions to achieve team and company metrics.

Partner with sales to lead technical evaluations for enterprise prospects: run demos, proofs-of-concept, architecture and security reviews, and drive deployments. Own end-to-end monthly invoicing (~800 invoices/month) and Accounts Receivable including collections, cash application, and reconciliations. Maintain controls, validate invoices, manage A/R inbox and client inquiries, operate and improve automation/AI tooling, maintain billing data/portals, track billing KPIs (DSO, aging, error rates), and keep SOPs and documentation current.
