Manage end-to-end pension scheme transitions (buy-in to buy-out), own transition plans, validate and QA scheme data, coordinate with Operations and clients to resolve issues, run residual risk due diligence, support origination and new propositions, and act as primary contact for transition queries.

Lead and develop application engineering and technical service teams to perform root-cause investigations, deliver defensible application recommendations, standardize lab practices, support cross-functional communication, drive customer validation and product adoption, and ensure compliance with scientific and safety standards.

Run and support usability and learning studies with children and families: facilitate sessions, capture video/behavioral data, maintain lab equipment and scheduling, transcribe and code qualitative data, assist basic quantitative cleaning and analysis, and synthesize findings into presentation materials while upholding child safety and research protocols.

Execute marketing plans to meet sales and occupancy goals. Generate and manage leads and wait lists, oversee move-ins/move-outs, use lead-tracking and marketing systems, build relationships with residents and families, track competitors and pricing, ensure regulatory compliance, and support internal referral programs.

Manage multiple client foundations' grant portfolios with emphasis on environmental grantmaking. Lead due diligence, site visits, grantee relationships, funding recommendations, board presentations, strategy development, external representation, and special projects. Travel regionally ~10-15% and support hybrid in-office requirements.

Provide administrative support to the General Director and Office of the General Director: manage schedule, travel, correspondence, board meeting logistics and minutes, maintain board documents, assist with events and communications, and handle office operations.

Lead and maintain on-premises and cloud infrastructure, automate deployments and monitoring, manage Azure/M365 identity, enforce security and HIPAA compliance, lead IT projects, mentor junior staff, and provide final escalation support and occasional travel for asset handoffs.
