YuJa is running a recruitment drive for multiple sales and client success roles (SDR, SDR Team Lead, Account Executive, Client Success Analyst). Duties include prospecting and outbound outreach, CRM management, full sales-cycle account management, team leadership/coaching (for leads), onboarding and client adoption, upselling, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Client Success.

Lead and grow the Funding & Payments engineering organization, owning architecture, reliability, and delivery for underwriting, funding, and payments systems. Drive distributed, event-driven microservices, CI/CD, observability, security/compliance, and cross-functional alignment with Product, Risk, and Operations. Hire and mentor managers and senior ICs, set KPIs, manage technical debt, and establish on-call and incident response for high-throughput financial transactions.

Manage supplier relationships and coordinate inbound/outbound supply for assigned processing centers. Oversee inventory, buying plans, load requests, invoice approval, supplier performance reporting, pricing negotiations, and quality assurance to meet volume, value, and quality targets.

Lead design, specification, and validation of ruggedized power generation, distribution, and conversion systems for autonomous maritime platforms. Produce requirements, one-line diagrams, schematics, and power analyses; select components for harsh environments; run trade studies; support prototype builds, lab/sea testing, and system integration; author documentation and mentor junior engineers.

Plan and issue manufacturing and purchase orders, track and maintain inventory levels, negotiate with suppliers, support QA and logistics, investigate order issues, monitor metrics, and improve supply chain processes based on forecasts and MRP data.

Provide email/phone/chat support for clients, resolve cases within targets, train clients on account setup, billing, and background screening application usage, and assist internal teams with client information.

Create, edit, and publish short-form social content using new and existing assets; capture photos/videos at clubs and events; manage digital asset library; coordinate influencer visits and partnerships; monitor and respond to comments/messages; ensure content aligns with brand and content calendar.

Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) inbound and outbound subscriber support for a community solar program. Guide customers through enrollment, billing, compliance documents, and proactive outreach while building scripts, workflows, and maintaining accurate records. Support growth and scale of the subscriber-service operation.

Manage all general ledger and accounting functions including grant and revenue recognition, accruals, month/quarter/year close, financial statements, variance analysis, cash management, and audits. Supervise and develop accounting staff, maintain internal controls, support Controller/CFO with budgeting and analysis, and improve processes and systems to ensure GAAP and grant compliance.
