Support specification management and new product launches for mattress and foundation components by creating 3D models/2D production drawings, managing BOMs and PDM data, supporting prototype builds and lab testing, driving process improvements and quality assurance, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure on-time product development and system transitions.

Design, develop, and own mechanical hardware from concept through test for space robotics. Produce detailed 3D CAD, drawings, and fabrication packages; support prototype fabrication, assembly, integration, and testing; collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, interfaces, and test plans; troubleshoot failures and iterate designs; travel to test sites and support field tests.

Manage and grow a territory of existing water-treatment accounts while generating new business. Develop and implement sales strategies, build relationships with decision makers, create proposals, troubleshoot site/technical issues, engage technical staff, and meet profitable sales volume and margin targets.

Coordinate daily dock and terminal operations, ensure drivers follow terminal flow and safety procedures, monitor trailer pools and escalate equipment shortages, verify paperwork accuracy, update operational systems, and communicate proactively with drivers, facility staff, and ITS team members to maintain on-time arrivals/departures and safety compliance.

Consult with customers to recommend and sell outboard motors and repower solutions; manage repower projects from estimate through installation coordination; maintain customer relationships, track leads and quotes in CRM, collaborate with service department, stay current on outboard technologies and meet sales targets.
