Provides day-to-day administrative, data entry, reporting, scheduling, document management, onboarding, logistics, and office support for site leadership and project personnel at an on-site mining project. Maintains spreadsheets and project records using Microsoft Excel, coordinates meetings and travel logistics, supports communication, and handles confidential information while following site safety procedures.
