Leads Redwood’s strategic SAP and AWS alliances across partnership strategy, joint go-to-market, pipeline growth, deal execution, executive relationships, product roadmaps, partner KPIs, compliance, and ecosystem development. Collaborates with sales, marketing, Professional Services, Product Management, Engineering, and operations to expand joint business opportunities and represent Redwood at partner events and industry forums.

Manage influencer and social media campaigns from briefing through post-campaign analysis for multiple client accounts. Responsibilities include influencer outreach and negotiation, client communications, campaign reporting, performance optimization, stakeholder presentations, issue resolution, and identifying upselling and new-business opportunities. The role also contributes to proposals, creative brainstorming, and campaign strategy while coordinating closely with internal teams and client stakeholders.

Manage the onboarding and implementation of new retirement plan clients, coordinating data collection, documents, compliance software setup, platform providers, advisors, and client communications. Review plan paperwork, answer operational questions, manage implementation timelines, and ensure work follows company procedures while delivering a strong client and advisor experience.

Provides day-to-day HR administrative support, including onboarding, recruitment assistance, employment documentation, employee engagement, communications, compliance support, data entry, and employer branding. Serves as a professional contact for customers, vendors, and business partners while coordinating meetings, catering, supplies, and internal projects. Requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills.

Leads strategic talent acquisition by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles. Partners with hiring managers and HR leaders, manages candidate communications and interview processes, ensures EEOC/OFCCP compliance, negotiates offers, tracks recruiting metrics, and improves hiring strategies. The role requires at least five years of talent acquisition experience and familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.

Supports lateral partner recruiting through legal market intelligence, competitive research, talent mapping, reporting, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, feedback tracking, database maintenance, and recruiting process management. The role collaborates with recruiting leaders, attorneys, candidates, and search firms while maintaining confidential records and handling multiple priorities.

Own revenue forecasting, annual planning, long-range planning, scenario analysis, driver-based financial models, and performance reporting. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Expansion, Data, Product, Strategy, and Accounting to analyze revenue drivers, pricing, capacity, unit economics, and growth initiatives. Present actionable insights to executives and the Board, improve forecasting systems and data governance, and lead one FP&A direct report.
