Provides administrative and program support for DOT compliance activities, including driver qualification, drug and alcohol testing, operator qualifications, training, audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance tracking. Coordinates communications between internal teams and third-party vendors, monitors deadlines and outstanding items, prepares reports and spreadsheets, supports audits, and maintains confidential employee and company information.

Develop and maintain internal business applications, ERP integrations, REST APIs, and data solutions using C#/.NET, JavaScript, and SQL. Troubleshoots hardware, software, network, and reporting issues; provides second-tier helpdesk support and trains staff on reporting functions. Develops databases and process improvements, maintains system operations, supports end users, and leads projects involving core processing systems.

Manage and grow a territory of restaurant and foodservice accounts through new business development and account expansion. Partner with customers to identify needs, propose solutions, negotiate and close deals, meet sales targets, and provide ongoing service. Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Manages the North American strategy, performance, and lifecycle of assigned technical product portfolios. Identifies growth opportunities through customer, market, competitive, and financial analysis; recommends portfolio changes, pricing strategies, and product enhancements; and supports new product development and launches. Partners with global product management and cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service. Maintains dashboards, supports forecasting, and drives revenue and profitability improvements.

Provides technical leadership for evaporative media, water management systems, customer applications, and product development. Supports customer engineering requests, water treatment and sustainability initiatives, product testing, certifications, standards activities, modeling, technical reporting, and cross-functional R&D and quality investigations. Requires customer-facing engineering expertise, technical analysis, product validation, and knowledge of HVAC, cooling technologies, water treatment, and thermal systems.

Lead an autonomous growth marketing pod, managing client relationships, retention, strategy, and performance. Manage and develop a team of media buyers, creatives, and strategists while scaling DTC brands through Meta advertising and creative strategy. Own client communication, upselling, escalations, pod profitability, team accountability, deadlines, and service quality. Diagnose campaign performance, brief creative teams, and maintain profitable, long-term client partnerships.

Provides internal IT helpdesk and workstation support, including troubleshooting, repairs, account and email maintenance, new workstation configuration, communications device support, and meeting-room audiovisual equipment setup. Maintains service tickets, workstation records, operating system and software compliance, and acts as a liaison with escalation teams. Supports retail locations and point-of-sale systems, requiring frequent travel throughout the service territory.

Lead an on-site multifamily community team, oversee leasing and occupancy goals, manage resident relations, conduct property inspections, control budgets and expenses, coordinate vendors, mentor staff, manage online reputation, and ensure legal and Fair Housing compliance.
