Provides high-level administrative, calendar, travel, meeting, board, event, and project support to executive leaders. Manages confidential information, coordinates leadership activities, prepares agendas and presentations, tracks action items, conducts research, supports office operations, and improves administrative workflows. Own and evolve paid media strategy across search and social channels, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and app campaigns. Manage budgets, pacing, optimization, audience and keyword strategies, creative testing, and full-funnel media planning. This hands-on director role combines architecture, engineering, people leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder partnership.

Leads and develops a team of Strategic Customer Success Managers responsible for enterprise accounts. Drives retention, expansion, account health, renewals, QBRs, forecasting, and operational consistency. Serves as an executive escalation point, coaches strategic customer engagement, incorporates generative AI into workflows, and partners cross-functionally with Sales, Renewals, Onboarding, Product, and Professional Services. Tracks portfolio performance and supports customer value realization across high-value SaaS accounts.

Own Agentio’s creator supply growth engine, including acquisition loops, referrals, paid and organic marketing, activation, certification, monetization, and marketplace health. Build scalable systems that move creators from first contact to meaningful earnings, replacing relationship-driven acquisition with product-led and growth marketing programs. Partner with product, finance, marketing, and leadership to establish funnel measurement, experimentation, incentive economics, and supply-demand guardrails. This in-office leadership role reports to the CEO and requires building the function from the ground up.

Build and refine SaaS financial models, forecasts, dashboards, and reporting for metrics such as MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, and churn. Cleanse and reconcile multi-source data, perform ad hoc and trend analysis, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success while improving data processes, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency using advanced Excel, BI, and generative AI tools.

Lead data engineering initiatives supporting analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence teams. Design complex data warehouse and data lake models, manage large-scale SQL and Python ETL/ELT pipelines, maintain data quality and lifecycle standards, and translate strategic priorities into actionable projects. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, architectural guidance, project planning, and cross-functional collaboration with product, infrastructure, and architecture teams.
