The Payroll Customer Success Manager serves as the main contact for customers, supporting onboarding, ensuring payroll accuracy, resolving issues, and building trust through proactive communication.

Create and apply brand assets and campaign materials for NPR podcasts and editorial properties. Work with senior designers and copywriters to build logos, key art, social templates, digital ads, and campaign systems. Lead and coordinate testing activities for healthcare technology projects. Develop test strategies, plans, scripts; manage functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and UAT. Oversee defect lifecycle, ensure environment readiness, provide QA subject-matter expertise, metrics, and process improvements while liaising with business, technical, vendor, and stakeholder teams.

Identify and engage bookkeeper prospects via calls, email, and social media to schedule product demos. Learn the product, craft persuasive outreach, and meet quota through cold calling and creative messaging.

Lead a core product area end-to-end: set vision and roadmap, run user research and data analysis, prioritize features, manage a cross-functional squad, partner with engineering and design, and deliver scalable, user-centered, measurable product improvements.

Design, validate, and document HPC/AI networking solutions; qualify and close sales opportunities in Japan; deliver technical presentations; author technical materials; gather and align customer requirements; travel to conferences and customer sites to position solutions.
