Lead Salesforce development and integrations across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Administer and secure DOE’s Oracle Fusion Middleware environment, serving as the primary SME for WebCenter, Enterprise Manager, OID/OAM, and SSL/TLS encryption. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, patching, tuning, monitoring, identity and access management, certificate lifecycle management, compliance with NIST and FedRAMP controls, audit support, remediation, and backup support for broader Oracle technologies. The role also requires collaboration with program managers, security teams, and product SMEs.

Develop and execute technical and content SEO strategies for client websites. Maintain project plans, roadmaps, trackers, RAID logs, dashboards, status reports, dependencies, risks, and approval checklists. Facilitate working sessions, coordinate stakeholders and technical partners, support AI upskilling, document best practices, track adoption metrics, and lead selected agentic workflow projects from proposal through completion. The role focuses on program execution and enablement rather than developing AI models or applications.
