The role also owns commercialization, packaging, adoption, and the transition from founder-led development to a scalable product management discipline.

Own pre-sales funnel analytics from lead to closed-won for EverHealth products. Build funnel conversion and pipeline-quality reporting, ICP and win/loss analysis, cohort and TAM analyses, Salesforce dashboards, and actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. Use AI tools to accelerate reporting and support GTM planning, quota modeling, and competitive intelligence.

Owns Workday Learning, Recruiting, Talent, and Advanced Compensation functionality. Designs, configures, tests, and deploys business processes, security settings, automations, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows. Partners with HR, Finance, IT, and analytics teams to improve processes, reporting, data integrity, compliance, and user experience. Leads requirements gathering, change management, training, release planning, audit support, and system enhancements while providing advanced user support and guidance to junior team members.
