The State Group Automation is seeking an Operations Coordinator to work remotely within the United States.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Partner with Recruiting and Operations teams to identify, evaluate, and deploy engineering talent across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

• Conduct final candidate interviews and provide recommendations on technical fit, field readiness, and hiring decisions.

• Support workforce planning by maintaining engineering skills data and forecasting upcoming staffing needs.

• Coordinate cross-border assignments, including TN Visa processes, compliance requirements, and employee mobility logistics.

• Ensure engineers are fully prepared for assignments by coordinating onboarding, documentation, equipment, software, and system access.

• Serve as a key liaison between Recruiting, Operations, IT, and Field Leadership to support staffing priorities and successful project execution.

• Standardize candidate profiles and provide feedback to improve recruiting effectiveness and client presentations.

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing coordination, workforce planning, or operations within an engineering or technical environment.

• Experience supporting cross-border workforce activities between the U.S., Canada, and Mexico; TN Visa experience is preferred.

• Prior experience as a Controls Lead, Project Lead, or similar technical leadership role is highly preferred.

• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting, HRIS, or workforce management systems.
