The Senior Product Manager will lead integration strategies for CEXs and Web3 Wallets, drive operational efficiency, and collaborate with engineering and business development teams to enhance core infrastructure and connectivity.

Build and maintain IDRE, a healthcare payment dispute platform, across frontend and backend systems. Own transaction logic for disputed claims, settlement calculations, and payment records. Develop with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and AWS; improve services, observability, and CI/CD. Ensure HIPAA-grade handling of sensitive data, clarify ambiguous requirements, and deliver features end-to-end in a fast-paced startup environment.

Manage end-to-end government and commercial RFPs, proposals, bids, quotations, questionnaires, and submissions. Coordinate timelines, requirements, content collection, reviews, approvals, and stakeholder communications. Write, edit, proofread, and finalize customer-ready responses; maintain Salesforce records; manage vendor due diligence; support proposal projects, reporting, training, content management, and process improvements. The role also assists senior proposal managers and uses AI tools to improve efficiency.

Serve as the US-based technical contact for industrial valve and fluid-control customers. Responsibilities include responding to technical inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, conducting occasional site visits, gathering requirements, supporting quotations and technical proposals, sharing market intelligence, coordinating orders, and resolving routine technical issues. The role requires an established US industrial network, product knowledge, B2B communication skills, account management experience, and comfort with an independent, commission-based consultant model.

Build and maintain reproducible data pipelines, experiment orchestration, CI/CD for models, Terraform-based ML infrastructure, observability, security controls, and automation to deploy and operate ML systems in production.
