The Contracts Administrator IV manages domestic and international contracts, negotiates terms, ensures compliance, and serves as the primary contact for customers. Responsibilities include risk analysis, contract performance monitoring, and guiding cross-functional teams.

Provide legal support for energy storage, power infrastructure, and data center energy solutions by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a high volume of complex commercial agreements; support project execution with amendments, claims, and milestone tracking; manage contract lifecycle systems, develop templates and risk frameworks; and advise cross-functional teams on contract interpretation and dispute resolution.

Manage end-to-end contracting for customer, vendor, and partner agreements: draft, negotiate, and close standard commercial contracts; review AI-generated redlines; own contract automation, clause libraries, intake, repository, renewals, and reporting; collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Security, and Product; escalate complex or high-risk issues to counsel.

Support high-volume private equity, M&A and financing transactions by reviewing, drafting and negotiating NDAs and ancillary documents using client playbooks and Scisseros AI-enabled platform. Undertake a ~12-month client secondment after onboarding, manage document queues and turnaround times, provide legal operations support, and contribute feedback to improve processes and products.

The Commercial Counsel will lead negotiations with customers and partners, implement commercial processes, and manage legal aspects within a fast-paced environment, specifically in the generative AI sector.

Serve as a senior operational paralegal supporting corporate governance, global subsidiary management, securities compliance, and legal operations. Own board and shareholder meeting admin, legal records management, due diligence for financings and M&A, and coordinate with external counsel. Support transactional tasks (formations, UCCs, foreign qualifications), regulatory filings, litigation support, and public-company readiness initiatives.

Own first-line compliance review of AI outputs and client deliverables, analyze regulatory frameworks, support licensing and regulatory-readiness projects, map evidence and submissions, convert requests into scopes and reports, and work with Engineering to build reusable regulatory workflows and review rules. Escalate high-risk issues to senior Compliance or Legal.

Lead and scale a global commercial legal function for high-value AI and infrastructure transactions. Design global contract playbooks, manage regulatory alignment (EU AI Act, GDPR, CCPA), build distributed commercial counsel teams, implement legal AI/CLM tooling, and enable GTM velocity while ensuring governance and risk-managed deal execution.

Embed as the companys senior in-house lawyer to advise on commercial contracts, NDAs/DPAs, vendor and privacy issues; partner with product, sales, finance and HR; lead legal change projects; build processes, playbooks and the legal function; manage external counsel and legal resourcing.

Own and scale Qualitate's end-to-end compliance program: manage security certifications (e.g., SOC 2), data privacy, expert vetting and MNPI safeguards, governance and records, contract templates, customer compliance delivery, sales enablement, and embed controls into product and systems.
