Own and scale Cobalt’s B2B SaaS go-to-market technology ecosystem, including Salesforce, HubSpot, customer success platforms, integrations, data enrichment, governance, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Translate business requirements into scalable systems across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. Manage architecture, data quality, monitoring, permissions, releases, documentation, and technical initiatives from design through optimization.

Manage daily imaging operations, optimize workflow and capacity planning, maintain imaging equipment and DR processes, support and train staff, coordinate chain-of-custody/security, and represent the branch on DMS operations and implementation calls.

The assistant will use Google Workspace, Jira, and AI tools to organize work, accelerate research and writing, coordinate outreach and suppliers, surface risks, and reduce founder involvement in day-to-day operations.

Owns Fireworks’ marketing operations infrastructure, including marketing technology, data architecture, lifecycle management, lead scoring, attribution, analytics, governance, planning cadences, budgeting, vendor management, and cross-functional program management. The role ensures reliable pipeline reporting, efficient campaign operations, compliant data practices, aligned marketing priorities, and executive visibility into performance, capacity, and spend.

Advise as an outbound Playbook Architect: design multi-channel, intent-driven outbound sequences, write copy frameworks and AI prompt logic, and deliver ready-to-launch playbooks that maximize replies and booked meetings.
