Lead end-to-end execution of go-to-market initiatives for AI and robotics products. Plan and coordinate launches across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success; build timelines, milestones, and executive reporting; identify risks and dependencies; improve GTM processes; prioritize revenue-driving initiatives; and measure adoption, pipeline, engagement, and revenue. May require Top Secret clearance.

Manage end-to-end proposal development for RFQs/RFPs: lead teams, drive schedules, ensure compliance, assemble submissions, run bid reviews and kickoffs, and support process improvements to win aerospace/defense contracts.

Implement and configure TrustCloud GRC solutions for public sector and commercial customers. Conduct discovery workshops, document requirements, build workflows, reports, dashboards, and automations. Manage implementations from initiation to deployment, deliver training, provide post-implementation support, and assist with technology research, sales enablement, and content development.

Provide systems engineering support for AMBIT/SIS programs: requirements analysis, system architecture, integration, modeling/simulation, verification/validation, and sustainment of RF, telemetry, IT, and cybersecurity systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and produce technical documentation to support deployment and operational decision-making.

Lead the Sales and Customer Success teams across the US West and Canada, develop commercial strategy, and foster partner relationships.
