Senior leader accountable for Public Sector go-to-market and operations across Federal, SLED, and Higher Education. Develop consumer-centric web applications, enhance usability, collaborate with designers, implement backend software and APIs, write tested code, and follow agile development cycles.

Serve as Prompt billing expert for enterprise clients: onboard and train RCM teams, support escalations, provide reporting and accounting guidance, configure workflows, and promote customer satisfaction across the Prompt platform.
