As an Account Executive at Clipboard, you will build relationships with healthcare facilities, manage sales through phone and email, and track your progress in CRM while occasionally traveling to meet clients.

Work with the COO to diagnose and solve high-leverage, cross-functional operational problems end-to-end. Build models, unit economics, dashboards, operating cadences, SOPs, and automation; partner with functional leaders and hand off durable systems so teams can run without you.

Oversee regulatory compliance programs and the Compliance Management System; conduct risk assessments and audits; govern policies; manage complaint handling, training, reporting, issue management, and regulatory exam responses; advise product teams and monitor regulatory updates.

Serve as a trusted operational partner to a founder, owning business and personal projects end-to-end. Translate high-level goals into scopes, timelines, budgets, and action plans; oversee property buildouts; manage contractors, vendors, advisors, and content/travel logistics; establish systems, provide concise project updates, and protect confidential information with discretion.

Provide end-to-end IT lifecycle support across an application portfolio: elicit and validate requirements, develop and enhance applications, automate cloud provisioning, administer OS/servers/databases, perform testing and vulnerability remediation, mentor teams, manage Agile projects, and support deployment and O&M for government customers.

Own portfolio health and governance for professional services: review status, risks, capacity, finances, and delivery metrics. Standardize lifecycle processes, lead reviews and remediation, drive resource planning and utilization, and produce executive reporting and dashboards.

Drive new revenue across an assigned territory by managing the full sales cycle, building long-term client and partner relationships, conducting demos, negotiating contracts, meeting pipeline and revenue targets, and coordinating handoffs to implementation teams.

Provide sophisticated estate and tax planning and administration for ultra-high-net-worth clients, designing advanced trusts and foundations, advising on estate, gift and GST tax strategy, overseeing probate and fiduciary compliance, coordinating with family offices and advisors, and counseling on business succession and multigenerational wealth structures.

Build and maintain backend systems for a large-scale community platform: design APIs, improve performance and scalability, ship well-tested features, triage production issues, mentor engineers, and help define AI-assisted development practices and architecture.

Lead go-to-market strategy for Magnet Forensics' security, incident response, and AI product portfolio. Influence executive, product, and sales stakeholders; translate technical AI/ML and forensic capabilities into messaging; develop buyer personas; create sales enablement and demand-generation content; evangelize products at events; partner with competitive intelligence and customer advocacy; mentor product marketing team members.
