Lead a small team to reconcile partner lead and case data into Salesforce, drive document collection from external law firm partners, sequence and manage recurring workstreams, coach and hold team members accountable, and provide executive-ready status and data-backed recommendations to solve process gaps.

Conduct thorough investigations of suspected auto insurance fraud, including document review, interviews, vendor coordination, Examinations Under Oath, and court testimony. Mentor junior investigators, advise claims team on fraud issues, contribute to SIU best practices, and support state fraud compliance and process improvements.

Prepare and review mortgage closing documents (conventional, FHA, VA, USDA), ensure regulatory compliance (TRID, RESPA, TILA, Fair Lending), communicate with internal teams and settlement agents, produce and validate Closing Disclosures and fees, maintain closing pipeline and delivery timelines, authorize funding, and handle post-closing corrections and disclosures.

Provide front-line and advanced application support for a cloud-hosted loan management platform: triage and resolve incidents, troubleshoot .NET/C# applications and SQL Server data issues, investigate browser and Azure environment problems, use Azure DevOps for tracking, escalate complex defects, validate fixes, assist releases, and maintain support documentation and runbooks while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Provide administrative and operational support for stop-loss underwriting: intake and review submissions, organize documentation, maintain underwriting systems data, communicate with brokers and partners, track renewals and outstanding items, support audits and compliance, manage inboxes and workflows, and assist with special projects.

Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives to evaluate market expansion, optimize pricing, and improve operational performance. Build dashboards, define metrics, and manage high-priority projects from inception to delivery. Serve as a deployable operator partnering with leadership, data, legal, and vendors to drive alignment and execution.

Provide technical support for POS hardware, software, and networking (especially Oracle Simphony); configure and fulfill hardware orders; track inventory and RMAs; perform POS data entry, ticket routing, and documentation; escalate complex merchant issues.

Proofread and perform quality reviews of scoped legal transcripts to ensure accuracy, formatting, and compliance with company standards. Provide feedback and coaching to scopists, collaborate with reporters and team members to resolve issues, track workflow in the proprietary management system, and recommend process improvements to maintain high production quality and meet deadlines.

Assist the IT Director and Senior Admin to enhance and maintain Salesforce Sales/Support Cloud. Configure custom objects, workflows, page layouts, and validations; support integrations, translate business requirements, test changes, and recommend platform improvements.

Lead insurance operations team to drive service excellence for financial advisors through reporting, escalations, process improvements, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and people leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality operational performance.
