What You'll Do
- Build and maintain document templates
- Configure automated document generation.
- Support contract lifecycle processes.
- Troubleshoot template merge issues.
- Optimize document generation performance.
- Partner with Legal and Operations on document enhancements.
- Maintain template governance and version control.
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform for multiple business units.
- Configure objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning Record Pages, validation rules, approval processes, flows, permission sets, profiles, sharing rules, queues, public groups, and custom metadata.
- Perform user provisioning, role management, security administration, and license management.
- Monitor platform health and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
- Support production incidents and troubleshoot user-reported issues.
- Assist with release management, regression testing, and deployment coordination.
- Serve as the primary administrator for the enterprise Conga platform, including:
- Conga Composer
- Conga Contracts
- Conga Batch
- Conga Trigger
- Conga Grid
- Conga Sign (if applicable)
- Administer DocuSign eSignature integration with Salesforce.
- Build and maintain DocuSign envelopes.
- Configure routing rules.
- Maintain templates and reusable workflows.
- Troubleshoot signature failures.
- Support authentication and security settings.
- Partner with Compliance on audit requirements.
- Build scalable Salesforce Flows.
- Enhance automation across Sales, Lending, Operations, Customer Service, and Legal.
- Eliminate manual processes through declarative automation.
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience.
- Support integrations with downstream systems.
- Participate in change management activities.
- Support release planning and deployment validation.
- Maintain platform documentation.
- Follow established governance and security standards.
- Assist with sandbox management.
- Coordinate testing activities.
- Provide Tier II/Tier III Salesforce support.
- Resolve platform-related issues.
- Train end users on new functionality.

- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and partnering with Product Owners and Engineering teams
