As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you'll engage with healthcare providers, share product knowledge, strategize sales tactics, and ensure compliance while enhancing customer service.

Provide onsite first-line IT help desk support for workstations, phones, printers, and applications; troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and mobile devices; manage assets and licenses; perform onboarding, document resolutions, escalate complex issues, support VMware, VPN, and MFA, and be available for on-call and occasional overnight travel.

Lead day-to-day servicing and renewals for a book of large commercial insurance accounts. Manage renewals, new business marketing, carrier negotiations, policy documentation, audits, certificates, and client communications. Use Applied EPIC and agency systems, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with Producers and Account Executives to ensure coverage adequacy and client satisfaction.

Serve as strategic HR partner to business leaders: coach managers, lead investigations, resolve complex employee relations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage training and employee records, and drive continuous improvement to support employee experience and retention.
