Serve as the primary post-implementation technical partner for assigned institutional clients, ensuring data completeness, governance, and timely reporting. Build and prototype supervised ML models to predict ad campaign delivery outcomes (reach, frequency, contention). Own feature engineering, evaluation frameworks, interpretability, and partner with ML engineers to deploy and monitor models at scale. Collaborate across product, engineering, and sales to drive adoption and measure lift versus simulation baselines.

Prepare, audit, reconcile, and file multi-state quarterly and annual payroll tax returns; reconcile filings to GL and W-2 totals; manage payments and tax account registrations; respond to and resolve tax notices; maintain tax binders, tracking, and Master Tax/Media Pay data; train team members and support department workflow and special projects.

Manage accounting, invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, payroll review, month- and year-end close, budget and forecasting support, contract billing and compliance for federal government contracts, assist audits and M&A financial due diligence, and recommend process improvements.

Provide remote HR support for leaves and accommodations across multiple states: maintain LOA system, manage HR inbox, assist VP HR, prepare reports and presentations, coordinate events and trainings, and handle general HR administrative duties while ensuring confidentiality and excellent employee communication.
