The Linen Associate is responsible for cleaning, organizing, and preparing linen inventory for event rentals, ensuring quality standards are met and items are event-ready.

Owner of client relationships and revenue growth across assigned accounts. Manages program delivery, forecasts, budgets, SLAs, escalations, contract negotiations, and quarterly business reviews. Identifies growth opportunities, improves processes, and ensures client satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.

Help prospective residents find and lease apartment homes using consultative sales and high-quality customer service. Manage tours, answer questions, support renewals, use marketing and social media, and work with teams to meet leasing and retention goals.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for clerical, technical, administrative, and clinical roles: source, screen, interview, present candidates, partner with hiring managers, maintain ATS data, ensure compliance with EEO and company policies, and support onboarding and credentialing.

Engage and convert homebuyers by generating leads, greeting visitors, showing model homes, explaining community features, guiding buyers through contracts to closing, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Develop and implement regional contracting and pricing strategies for hospitals and IDNs to support CST sales growth. Negotiate and execute contracts, perform pricing and financial analysis, monitor contract performance, resolve pricing discrepancies, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Care.

Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to U.S. private compounding pharmacies, qualify inbound leads, hold discovery calls, book demos for field reps, maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot a plus), test outreach approaches, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to nurture prospects.

Serve as primary student contact for prospective students and families; advise on financial aid, administer and package federal aid, track application materials, support enrollment management, and provide customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
