Lead Analyst for Customer Loyalty Operations responsible for designing and delivering loyalty program analytics and tools, ensuring data integrity and payment compliance, writing requirements and UAT for developers, resolving escalations, managing contractors, and maintaining customer and location master data to support large-scale ACUVUE® loyalty programs.

Acquire used inventory from the public through consignment and purchases. Provide strong customer service and sales support, listen to customer needs, finalize transactions, perform basic computer tasks, and occasionally lift or move inventory with assistive devices.

Sell and place commercial insurance, meet sales quotas, manage and renew a $500K+ book of business, mentor junior producers, use Trucordia sales tools and collaborate with client service to analyze and place accounts.

Drive new business within a defined territory, owning a $1.25M annual new-business quota. Build and manage a qualified pipeline, develop broker and consultant relationships, execute consultative sales cycles, maintain CRM data, forecast pipeline health, represent the company at events, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Manage a portfolio of 75–125 donors and prospects to identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gifts. Develop individualized donor strategies, conduct regular outreach and meetings, build a pipeline of major gift opportunities, and collaborate with leadership and the development team to meet revenue goals and strengthen donor engagement.
