Position Summary

Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, referring and hiring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative, and clinical positions throughout the Company. The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. This role partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develops effective sourcing strategies, and ensures a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. The Recruiter maintains compliance with employment laws and company policies while supporting organizational growth through strategic talent acquisition.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Recruits qualified candidates for assigned market and coordinates the development of strategic and comprehensive recruitment plans in accordance with the needs and goals of the Company.
  • Creates strategic recruitment plans to identify, screen and present candidates for a high-volume requisition load.
  • Prioritizes requisitions with the direction of operational leadership and maintains consistent activity on all openings.
  • Collaborates with various corporate departments throughout the recruiting, new hire and credentialing processes.
  • Involvement with vendor relationships and management.
  • Maintains accurate candidate and requisition information within the ATS.
  • Provides detailed information to candidates regarding compensation and benefit offerings.
  • Maintains candidate relationship and provides follow-up throughout recruitment process.
  • Creates and implements marketing and recruiting strategies through recruitment planning; provides counsel and direction to hiring leaders.
  • Analyzes the information provided on a prospective employee's resume and employment application and conducts personal interview.
  • Manages the recruitment process to ensure compliance with all EEO laws and regulations.
Experience, Skills and Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum (1) year of recruitment experience is preferred
  • Healthcare experience recruiting clinicians, staff, and corporate team members is preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work with executives and hiring managers and customize strategic recruitment plans to fit their individual departments and needs
