Lead Aggreko North America’s inside sales organization across five regional pods. Own sales strategy, operating plans, coverage models, service levels, lead management, pipeline discipline, forecasting, and performance standards. Recruit, coach, and develop sales representatives and lead qualifiers while partnering with regional sales, field leadership, marketing, and operations. Drive consistent processes, improve conversion and customer acquisition, and translate CRM and dashboard insights into corrective actions. The role requires nationwide travel exceeding 60%.

Manages general ledger accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end close, financial analysis, audit support, GAAP compliance, accounts payable support, vendor maintenance, tax reporting, and internal controls. Advises senior leaders, develops strategic roadmaps, manages stakeholders, analyzes data, creates reports and dashboards, and oversees change management, testing, implementation, and sustainment. Ensures alignment with financial crimes objectives, regulatory requirements, risk frameworks, and enterprise priorities while identifying issues, recommending solutions, and monitoring performance.

Provides HR partnership to leaders and employees across assigned markets or functions. Responsibilities include employee relations, investigations, performance management, engagement, onboarding, HR operations, leave and accommodation support, workforce analytics, compliance, field visits, and organizational change initiatives.
