Drive prototyping, governance, cloud-native operations (Databricks/AWS), and mentor engineers to adopt scalable, secure AI/ML infrastructure.

Build and run Upwind's GTM enablement function: create playbooks, onboarding, POV/POC motion, battlecards, and recurring training. Partner with RevOps, Sales, SE, CS, and Product Marketing to shorten ramp, drive adoption of GTM tools, measure enablement impact on ACV/win rates, and coach managers to improve pipeline and expansion outcomes.
