Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions (time series, LLMs, vision, NLP) for finance-related healthcare operations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, build CI/CD and MLOps pipelines, ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and usability, and train staff on AI tools.

Provide on-site Tier 2/3 IT support and administration for Windows servers, Exchange Online, O365/Azure ecosystem, AD/Group Policy, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), VDI, and network devices. Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, firewalls (Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Aruba), manage DNS, execute small IT projects, produce documentation, and engage directly with clients to resolve escalated desktop, server, and network issues.

Designs, supports, and sustains legacy RF-based and hybrid RF/IPTV video delivery systems for healthcare, hospitality, and commercial clients. Acts as primary technical escalation, performs advanced troubleshooting, documents system designs and migration strategies, configures Z-Band/commercial TV control tech, and participates in after-hours support and retrofit/integration projects.

Own the full enterprise B2B SaaS sales cycle targeting shippers and freight forwarders: prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiation, closing, pipeline forecasting, and collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure smooth handovers and continuous product feedback.

Partner with business development and sales to onboard large enterprise customers, execute implementations using onboarding playbooks, manage cross-functional project calls, design scalable eCommerce program solutions, serve as SME, engage executive stakeholders, monitor post-implementation ramp, and improve onboarding processes.

Lead national enterprise and multi-location sales: prospect and close net-new accounts, manage complex RFPs and long sales cycles, build C-suite relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure smooth handoffs and account growth, maintain pipeline and forecasts.
