Support the Head of Regulatory Inquiries by conducting due diligence, analyzing trading and operational records, preparing and submitting comprehensive responses to securities regulators (primarily FINRA), maintaining audit-ready case files, coordinating with internal teams, and handling additional compliance projects as needed.

Manage complex fiduciary and wealth management client relationships, deliver high-quality fiduciary services, coordinate with client advisors, identify advisory solutions, mentor junior staff, recognize fiduciary risks, and support business development and client retention.

Design, operate, and secure an identity-driven, cloud-aligned enterprise network across Azure, Meraki, on-prem, and SaaS. Lead hybrid identity (AD/Entra/Okta), Conditional Access, Zero Trust, IaC automation (Terraform/Bicep/ARM), connectivity (ExpressRoute/SD-WAN/VPN), observability, resiliency, and governance to deliver scalable, automated, and highly available connectivity.

Handle inbound leads from ADT marketing and partner campaigns; perform consultative needs analysis, close sales, schedule installation appointments with field staff, follow up on quotes and information requests, transfer calls for issue resolution, and ensure customer satisfaction. Fully onsite in Jacksonville with five weeks paid training.

Provide administrative and project coordination support for the Project Management team, acting as a client liaison to intake and manage samples/accounts. Set up accounts and pricing in LIMS, monitor sample check-in and analysis status, respond to client inquiries, assist with invoicing, and route client requests to appropriate project managers. Support cross-functional initiatives, ensure reporting styles and dashboards are accurate, and contribute to process improvements.

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions (time series, LLMs, vision, NLP) for finance-related healthcare operations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, build CI/CD and MLOps pipelines, ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and usability, and train staff on AI tools.

Provide on-site Tier 2/3 IT support and administration for Windows servers, Exchange Online, O365/Azure ecosystem, AD/Group Policy, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), VDI, and network devices. Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, firewalls (Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Aruba), manage DNS, execute small IT projects, produce documentation, and engage directly with clients to resolve escalated desktop, server, and network issues.
