Design, build, and operate full‑stack features and platforms for Horizon. Work across frontend, backend, infrastructure, data, and developer tooling; formulate solutions, ship production code, improve reliability and developer productivity, and expand AI/agent-assisted workflows. Own day-to-day management of a key client account. Serve as primary contact, keep projects and timelines on track, monitor campaign performance, identify trends, escalate issues, maintain account documentation, and learn performance marketing and affiliate channels.

Lead Unreal Engine console ports, optimize performance and rendering, debug GPU issues, build tools and best practices, mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-discipline teams to meet certification and launch targets.

Process member enrollments, changes, reinstatements, terminations, renewals, and premium billing. Respond to calls and emails, generate membership documents, support employer groups/vendors/brokers and internal teams, and maintain quality, confidentiality, and divisional production standards.

Lead day-to-day marketing for an enterprise AI consulting firm: own demand generation and ABM, run end-to-end campaigns, build thought leadership and executive branding, manage web/PR/events and a lean AI-native martech stack, enable sales with customer advocacy, lead the marketing team and budget, and measure marketing impact on pipeline and revenue. Occasional travel (~10%).

Design, configure, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions (Sales/Service Clouds). Translate requirements to user stories, build flows, automations, reports/dashboards, support UAT, run integrations via middleware, lead workshops, and participate in agile delivery across multiple consulting engagements.
