Work with outside/counter sales to grow and service accounts, generate new and repeat sales, process orders/quotes/returns, recommend products, locate parts, coordinate deliveries, manage CRM records, and provide high-quality customer service while meeting monthly sales quotas. May require lifting up to 50 lbs and some travel.

Maintain donor database and acknowledgments, process and reconcile cash, check, and online donations, generate purchase orders, assist accounts payable with invoice review, coding, matching, data entry and payment setup, track expenses and process reports, monitor accounts and resolve invoice discrepancies.

Lead and manage CEI transportation projects as the Owner's representative, ensuring public safety, contract compliance, schedule and budget control, change order and payment management, CPM schedule review, client communication, team mentoring, and coordination with contractors, utilities, and stakeholders.

Manage planning, logistics, vendor relations, merchandise, staffing, and execution for trade shows, conferences, customer and corporate events. Maintain event calendars, budgets, registrations, materials, and documentation while partnering with marketing to meet business objectives and deliver exceptional attendee experiences.

Provide administrative and technical support to Commercial Lines by processing endorsements, renewals, audits, certificates, and policy updates. Maintain accurate client records in agency systems, navigate carrier portals, prepare documentation, and support Account Managers and Producers to ensure timely, compliant servicing of commercial insurance accounts.

Supports relationship and portfolio managers by collecting financials and loan documentation, coordinating due diligence and compliance (BSA/AML/OFAC), pulling credit/OFAC reports, assisting with loan processing/closing in LaserPro and FIS core, and providing administrative and operational support.
