Manage mid-size to large commercial insurance accounts remotely (Eastern Time). Service clients and producers, prepare submissions/proposals, process changes/audits/policies, issue certificates and ID cards, invoice and collect premiums, review renewals and exposures, maintain documentation in Epic, and support growth through producer collaboration and special projects.

Support month, quarter and year-end close; prepare and record journal entries and reconciliations; assist internal and external audits; analyze financial statement results; ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls; drive continuous improvement; guide accounting associates and ensure regulatory and policy compliance.

Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product to design and execute territory, quota, and incentive programs. Support the creative team with design, concepting, brand identity, and print production. Present ideas, iterate from feedback, meet tight deadlines, and build portfolio-ready work under senior supervision.

Serve customers at counter and by phone, process sales orders and payments, handle complaints, manage warranty dispositions, estimate delivery dates, assist with receiving/shipping and warehouse duties.

Sell and promote trench safety equipment within a defined territory. Build and maintain customer relationships, conduct product demonstrations and trainings, prepare sales plans, install equipment, collaborate with branch teams, and use Salesforce/CRM to manage pipeline and opportunities.

Administer and maintain Hyland OnBase platform: monitor, test, troubleshoot, log incidents, collaborate with development and operations for resolution, support disaster recovery, ensure architecture and SDLC compliance, and communicate root causes to stakeholders.

Lead solution-selling efforts for assigned customers by designing tailored offerings, preparing proposals and pricing, supporting RFPs, and collaborating cross-functionally to close complex, scalable supply‑chain and managed services deals. Engage customers, track opportunities, and expand volume and margin while staying current on industry trends.
