Handle sophisticated consumer class action litigation, primarily data breach matters, including case investigation, pleadings, motions, briefs, strategy, client communication, court appearances, mediation, settlement, and deadline management. The attorney will coordinate litigation teams, work with partners and co-counsel, and progressively assume independent ownership of cases.
