Serve as a liaison between Business and IT while establishing long-term platform ownership and continuity.

Leads Amazon content, catalog, product data, and digital shelf strategy across Unilever brands. Owns catalog health, ASIN management, content optimization, SEO, discoverability, conversion, and digital commerce operations. Conduct user research, simplify workflows for administrators and end users, maintain cross-platform design consistency, and own scalable design systems and component libraries. Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, specifications, and developer handoffs. Partner closely with Product and Engineering while using AI tools to accelerate design iteration.

Design, build, and maintain scalable E2E automation frameworks for web applications and APIs using Playwright or Selenium. Integrate Claude or other LLMs for self-healing tests, UI validation, and test data generation. Optimize QA workflows, manage defects and regression suites in Linear, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams. Mentor engineers and lead quality initiatives in an Agile environment.
