Support legal customers onboarding and preparing complex digital discovery for ingestion. Troubleshoot file compatibility and proprietary formats, manage multiple cases, maintain organized file structures, document non-standard patterns, communicate timelines, escalate issues, and collaborate with Customer Success, Development, and Operations to improve processes and customer experience.

Provide intermediate-to-advanced legal administrative support to attorneys and paralegals: drafting, proofreading, e-filing, billing support, scheduling, travel coordination, file management, and client interaction under supervision. Mentor and train incoming staff.
