Lead the Democracy and Civic Life grantmaking portfolio: set strategy, design initiatives and RFPs, solicit and assess proposals, recommend grants, cultivate grantee relationships, evaluate impact, represent the Foundation publicly, and travel domestically and internationally to build partnerships and field knowledge.

Lead day-to-day operations of the Atlantic City studio, enforce NJ gaming regulations, manage budgets and resources, oversee 100+ staff, drive operational improvements, represent the site to executives and regulators, and prepare operational and financial reports.
